PlanSway may use information about your activity and preferences to determine which plans, events, venues, restaurants, or other experiences may be more relevant to you.
AI-generated recommendations may be inaccurate or incomplete and should not be treated as guarantees about availability, suitability, pricing, age restrictions, accessibility, admission requirements, or other characteristics of a venue or experience.
5. Advertising and Sponsored Content
PlanSway may use information collected through the Service, such as your preferences, interests, searches, saved plans, location where permitted, and interactions with recommendations, to personalize advertisements or sponsored recommendations shown within PlanSway.
For example, we may use your interests or previous activity to determine that a particular event, restaurant, venue, or sponsored plan may be more relevant to you.
Sponsored or paid content should be identified as such where appropriate.
We Do Not Sell Personal Information
PlanSway does not sell users' personal information.
PlanSway does not share personal information with third parties so that those third parties can use it for their own cross-context behavioral advertising.
This does not prevent PlanSway from using information internally to personalize the Service, recommendations, sponsored placements, or advertisements displayed within PlanSway.
If our advertising practices materially change in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any notices or choices required by applicable law.

11. Users Under 18
PlanSway is intended for users 13 years of age or older.
We do not knowingly allow users under 13 to create accounts or intentionally collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
Users between 13 and 17 may be subject to additional protections or consent requirements under applicable law.
PlanSway's minimum platform age does not mean that every event, venue, restaurant, bar, or experience shown through the Service is appropriate or legally available to every user.
Third-party venues and experiences may impose their own age restrictions, identification requirements, admission rules, or legal drinking-age requirements. Users are responsible for complying with those requirements, and PlanSway does not guarantee admission to any venue or experience.

PlanSway may link to or integrate with third-party websites, applications, venues, ticket providers, restaurants, transportation providers, maps, or other services.
PlanSway does not control the privacy practices of these third parties. Users should review the privacy policies and terms of those services before providing information to them.
